Casa Las Fayas, holiday cottage in San Pedro, La Palma Casa Las Fayas is close to the village of San Pedro, in the charming Las Breñas region above Santa Cruz, on the eastern side of La Palma.
It is an original Canarian style house which the owners have tastefully renovated and converted to a holiday home.
In front of the house is a conservatory and large garden with a small plunge pool.
 
The view is 360º over the mountains and the nature and partial sea view.
The enclosed garden has several seating areas, there is a table and chairs, parasol and sunbeds with cushions. The buildings at the end of the garden are sheds.		 
The small raised pool is an excellent place for a quick dip on hot days. It has good views and the wall prevents accidents with small children, while providing hours of fun for slightly older children.

 
Casa Las Fayas is a spacious house. Use has been made of natural and authentic materials throughout. The beautiful lime washed interior has been completely paved with original Canarian stone slab, which keep it pleasantly cool in summer, while an automatic underfloor heating system keeps it warm during cold spells in the winter.
There is a living room, kitchen 1 bedroom and a conservatory which opens completely onto the garden.
  
In the living room are 2 comfortable sofas; two extra full sized single beds pull out from behind. There are cupboards, radio/cd player and TV.
In the conservatory is a comfortable wicker sofa and armchairs and a table and chairs.

 
The bedroom has a large bed with separate mattresses (2.00 x 0.90) of excellent quality. From the bed you have views through the conservatory and into the garden.
There are bedside tables and cupboards.

The bathroom has 2 wash basins, shower WC and bidet.

  

 
  In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals. There is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and a good assortment of kitchen utensils.
The windows give views onto the garden and surrounding area.
San Pedro, in Breña Alta is a small village with a range of shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. It is located about 15 minutes drive from the airport and about 15 minutes drive to the islands capital Santa Cruz and to beaches.
The surrounding area is quiet, rural and green. There are many walking paths in the area. The central location also makes it an ideal base from which to visit the south, north, and western regions of the Island, all about 45 minutes drive.
